Stay away from this dealership Unreliable and unprofessional . Waste of time . Came all the way to test drive a car , made an appt . Over weekend made an anppt . and even called Monday morning to verify . They took someone else in my place and they said someone else was interested in the vehicle , supposedly , In just a matter of 15 mins , could this be a bait and switch ? Won't recommend this dealership to anyone! Buying a car but definitely not from them !

I bought a 1984 monte carlo ss brand new 40 years ago from Holz Chevrolet. I am still the original owner. My car has 51,200 miles on it. The car is all original. I stopped in the service department to have general maintenance done (brakes, shocks, alignment done). The service advisor told me my SS is to old for them to work on. Great to know Holz Chevrolet does not back there product!!!!!!!!

Outstanding! My review may appear to be an advertisement. No it is not. It is an honest review of a warm, professional, knowledgeable and pleasurable buying experience and worthy of referring friends and family with confidence and worthy of repeating, outstanding!

Never returned my email. Did not respond at all. Hopefully others have better luck than I did.

I have bought Chevrolets my entire life. My dad is a GM retiree. We are proud of the bowtie in my family. This was my first time purchasing from Holz. I found my perfect car on-line and it happened to be heading for delivery to Holz. I called and got Brian as my salesperson. He said it wasn't purchased so I put a down payment down to hold it and excitedly waited. I then got a call from Brian saying it was in, they would prep it and let me know when it was ready. I said how does it look?! Most sales people would be like, it looks great! Not Brian, he simply said that he hadn't sat in it yet but seemed okay. Huh, we'll that was deflating. He asked that I schedule a time to come in "to make sure I was on the calendar." So 2pm on a Saturday is our apt. We show up, no Brian. Meanwhile a lady comes up asking how she can help. We ask for Brian, he's helping other people. I said I'm here for the Trailblazer. She said okay what are you here to do? I was like, are you kidding me. YOU ask us to make an apt. 1) You aren't there Brian and 2) More importantly you couldn't take the time to pass along our information and communicate why we were there. Turns out her name was Jessica. She was great (if this review was on her it would be a 4). Meanwhile, Brian was in the cubicle next to her and didn't come over to say Hi to us until halfway through our meeting with Jessica and then had the nerve to say, I hadn't forgotten about our 2:30 apt. I curtly said at this point, it was 2, 2pm. He exits. We wrap up with Jessica and I will say I received a fair trade in value. I'm then sent to Sean in Finance. He was AWFUL to work with. Had we not wanted to get out of there with our car I would have waited for someone else to work with. My husband and I were appalled that he's in his customer facing role. Beyond calling me "Dear" every several words, he became combative when I asked a simple question, alerting me how many years he's been in his role. WOW. Worst finance session ever. To top off this entire experience, I received a letter in the mail addressed to me, but when I opened it up it was a letter to a Larry thanking him for his purchase. Lord knows who got my letter.

Today I sold my 2019 Equinox to Holz. I worked with Jessica and Mike and they both made my experience so pleasant. I highly recommend Holz.

Garrett did a fantastic job!!! Today we bought a beautiful Sierra GMC. He was fantastic to work with everything went smoothly, and we felt very welcome with everyone involved with our purchase. We will definitely be back in the future for any car needs.

We had my mother-in law's car in for an oil change and a few other repairs. The Service Manager, Kevin Drury was incredibly helpful. My mother-in-law is on a fixed income and there was no pressure to purchase additional services. He was very polite and suggested a cost effective solution to fix an AC problem. I Would highly recommend Holz. Thank You, Chris Pacyga

Jessica did a fantastic job for our daughter Jacqueline !! Thank you your incredible work! This was her first vehicle purchase they did such a terrific job working on getting into her new car!! That’s why we purchase our vehicles from Holz!! They are great people!!

oil change process took a bit longer than expected.. but the people were very friendly nice clean place in the service department area...

All together very frustrating experience with their service department. My husband already did some diagnostic work before taking it in only for them to tell us the issue was what my husband ruled out, low and behold after parts came that wasn’t the issue, but charged us for parts and labor anyway. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache and $$$.

Drive to another GM dealership i promise it will be a better choice.. I was not the customer, but my mother in law was. Im here visiting family for the holidays here in Watertown. She is a local business owner but of Hispanic descent, and was clearly being treated poorly based on her skin tone and heritage. Born and raised in this town and quite respected in the community. I expected more from a GM dealership in this day & age.

I bought a new GMC Sierra SLT from Holz yesterday and was thoroughly impressed with the dealership. My salesperson was Jessica Winkler and she was amazing! Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and very caring. Beth in finance was also amazing. Beth explained everything very well and was very personable. Jessica took the time to show and explain all the options and how they work. Jessica spent over an hour teaching me! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone looking for a new or used to come see Jessica or anyone else at Holz. You will not be disappointed!

Thank you for helping me when I had a minor emergency with my vehicle! I had to get my car in a shop ASAP! It was overheating driving, and the place I bought it from was too far away. Holz gave me a loaner even though they couldn’t get to my car until after the weekend. I went to pick it up, and it wouldn’t start for me. They got it started, but didn’t leave it at that. The guy took it back to make sure nothing was wrong with it. It turns out there was another problem that diagnostics had missed. They gave me back the loaner and fixed the problem and had my car ready the next day! The best part of all of this? I’m a single mom with a baby. Anthony in service was the biggest help! I had to move the car seat back and forth a few times! Except I wasn’t the only one involved in that! Anthony either moved the seat, tightened or loosened straps, or held my baby while I did whatever to the car seat! He was incredibly helpful!!! He has a heart of gold!!! Thank you so much to all of you for your hard work and dedication to people!!!

very nice people and excellent service

Holz GM in Watertown is great! I bought a used Ford Flex from the dealership and everything was outstanding! Randy was great as was Sean and Beth in the business office. The car was detailed to perfection. Overall a great experience! Everyone was very friendly! A pleasure to do business with!

I just bought an Impala from here and I love the ease of buying, staff is great. Not your typical shady-got to hit quota car salesmen. Bernie is amazing. He didnt try to get me into "any car", he listened and got me exactly what I wanted. I cant say enough about how wonderful he made my experience with them!

We just bought our very first car and these guys were awesome. Brian was a great help and the finance people (Sorry. Don't remember their names) worked on getting us the best financing. I would definitely recommend this place

great staff for buying a vehicle from . great deals. however, there service department sucks.made an ,appointment for oil change at 9:00am came back 12:15 never touched it yet. waisted a whole morning for nothing . grabbed the keys and made an appointment at countryside chevrolet, they said it will take 30 minutes, not all morning .would purchase another vehicle from them ,but will not let them servce it.time is money people.

Thank you, Holz, for saving the day! I bought a car from Holz a few months ago, and it decided to die today, the day of my daughter’s rehearsal dinner... They gave me a new car off the lot to drive at a moment’s notice! I don’t know what I would have done without your help! Thank you so so so much!!
