Great service as always. Sierra Denali diesel 30,000 mile service. They were ready when I arrived for my appointment, got the truck right in, serviced well and in a timely manner. I will be back in 5,000 miles.

Work was completed as scheduled and budgeted. Matt is a good CS Rep who provides all the information on the repairs and maintenance.
The guys at Holz have done a lot of work on my vehicles. Normally I do my own, but the convenience of having them do it and knowing they do it very well, is hard to beat. Always timely and courteous.

Great experience buying a used 2020 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium in April 2026. Mike and Joe and team were very responsive in comms and answered all of our questions before coming in to test drive, and were very friendly and low-pressure during our test drives. Highly recommended!
I liked working with Brian BUT I think it sucks to buy a vehicle that costs over $50,000 and BUICK AND HOLZ ARE TOO CHEAP TO PROVIDE A HARDCOPY MANUAL!
The hardest part was trying to talk to a person about my car to see what I needed to do. What called the AI answered got me nowhere and there was no way to talk to an actual person!

Nick did an awesome job even though it took much longer to get the back ordered parts. Getting basic part taking over 2 weeks with a priority is an embarrassment to GMC supply chain. I’d be terminated if my performance was this caliber.
